We've had a couple of days when it has seemed really Spring-like and its been a pleasure to go out in the park. So just to let you all know I am still here, still waiting for my new glasses, but otherwise fine, I've posted a view of the lake, with our visiting Canada Geese
and one I took as I was so glad to see these crocuses and daffodils coming up. Considering that this bit of ground has been walked over, and even sledged over all winter, I am delighted to see that you can't keep a good bulb down!
You might have to peer closely to see the green shoots - they are there but I couldn't get any closer!

I fear we are being lulled into a false sense of security - but they do gladden your soul!!! Great to see the Crocus pushing through. xxxx
Send some spring like days my way please! I'm so tired of cold fingers, icy patches and frost! x
Isn't nature wonderful, I must look over our park to see if the crocus are showing.
Its nice to see spring bulbs and I have to say its nice to have mild weather, I actually saw a ladybird the other day warming its self on a wall where I live but I'm not trusting the weather though we still have February and I don't trust February.
It is encouraging to see the signs of Spring but I expect that there will be more cold weather before Spring truly arrives.
Thanks for the glimpse of spring We could use some warmer weather here. I am so tired of winter.
What a lovely vista in your photo!! And I do see the green shoots; we have some coming up here, too.
none here yet!
It's heartening to see new green shoots springing up amidst last autumn's fallen leaves. x
I see them!
Hope you're doing well Gilly.
